THE MICHELIN WAY

Well hello, hello, and we’re finally here to witness the amazing creation from the two-starred Michelin Chef, Michel Portos. I had the pleasure of joining my good friends Endamia Karina, and Malinda Yasmin, at Lyon, Mandarin Oriental Jakarta – where this dashing dining place, has been chosen to serve hundreds of Indonesia’s foodnistas from tomorrow until the 3rd of November. Enough with the chat, and let’s get on to some treats that you will savour during this marvellous dinner. I decided to do a photography review (which was helped by the team from Mandarin Oriental – thank you for these photos), as I don’t want to spill any beans on these succulent creations.

But what I can say is, this luncheon has been a real treat, and one of those dining experiences I’ll never forget! I had my time, it’s time to have yours.
